Bloodthirsty Buccaneers

I saw it once. The Great Leviathan. It was slick... terrifying. I saw it while clinging to the sinking wreckage of the ship it had just destroyed. Washing ashore the next day, I knew I had but one purpose. There was no future for anyone in these waters while that beast yet lives. But to kill a god? Impossible. We must appease these ancient gods or suffer their wrath. I ransack ports and seize vessels in their name. And every night I dream of that shipwreck. I saw it once. I remember.
