Squirtle
Squirtles are blue turtles that are always seen with an orange shell on their backs. They love playing in water and can spit water at enemies in a pinch.
Squirtles are similar to Plusles, but are more powerful. As Squirtles are so accustomed to their watery ways, they find roads and other terrain enhancements unnatural. They will always move two squares per turn--whether it is over rocks, forests, roads or water.
Squirtles ignore City Walls when engaging a City.
